Para apoiar o crescimento do Grupo e a realização de seus investimentos estratégicos, buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro Pleno para integrar nosso time e atuar diretamente na estruturação e contratação de financiamentos destinados a projetos de Capex, contribuindo para a viabilização de investimentos e para a sustentabilidade financeira dos negócios.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar com o relacionamento bancário, prospectando novas operações financeiras; Analisar condições financeiras através de modelagem e estruturar operações de crédito; Apoiar o processo de contratação de financiamentos, garantindo aderência ao planejamento de Capex da Companhia e de suas unidades. Interagir com as unidades para levantamento de necessidades e estruturação dos financiamentos; Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas (Jurídico, Contábil, Controladoria, etc.) em temas relacionados a contratos, procedimentos e governança; Realizar controles e reportes periódicos sobre o andamento dos cronogramas de contratação e status das operações financeiras.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência prévia em financiamentos, crédito, capex ou relacionamento bancário; Conhecimento em análise financeira, estruturação de operações e contratos; Excel intermediário/avançado; Disponibilidade para viagens.

Diferenciais:

Experiência em empresas de grande porte ou holdings; Vivência com financiamentos de longo prazo, bancos de fomento ou mercado financeiro; Conhecimento em governança corporativa e controles financeiros.
