Confira mais detalhes desta oportunidade abaixo.A POSIÇÃOEstamos em busca de um Analista Fiscal Junior, que integrará o time Fiscal da nossa divisão Tubos e Aços na Matriz em Guarulhos/SP.Para isso, o candidato (a) precisar ter um perfil “mão na massa”, com bastante energia, proatividade, habilidade em negociações, relacionamento interpessoal, resiliência, boa comunicação escrita e verbal e gostar de trabalhar com atendimento ao cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar novos projetos, no que diz respeito a Impostos Indiretos e demais aspectos burocráticos fiscais;Estudar sobre a redução da carga tributária/custos para novos projetos/planejamento fiscal;Estudar sobre incentivos Fiscais (Estados/Prefeituras);Multiplicador de assuntos fiscais para demais colegas de trabalho;Atender a novas solicitações de informações fiscais de novos projetos e analisar projetos existentes para redução de custos fiscais;Atender colaboradores internos e externos sobre Assuntos Fiscais,Interface entre os sistemas da empresa;Revisar e cadastrar itens no sistema e parametrizações fiscais e dar suporte à apuração de tributos;Prática em elaboração de obrigações acessórias ( GIA/ICMS, EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, REINF e DCTF-Web, DIRF);Atendimento telefônico, organização de documentos, recepção e envio de documentos, criação de planilhas/controles.Análise de notas fiscais de entrada de matéria prima, devoluções de clientes, fretes , uso e consumo, ativo imobilizado, remessas e notas fiscais de serviço.Suporte aos assistentes, analistas e supervisores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência de no mínimo dois anos como analista fiscal;Formação em Ciências Contábeis ou Administração de Empresas;Pró atividade nas atividades solicitadas, atenção aos detalhes, atuar com responsabilidade e sigilo;Conhecimento em impostos retidos na fonte ( INSS, IRRF, PIS-COFINS e CSLL e ISS);Conhecimento em impostos diretos e indiretos ( ICMS , ICMS/ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS e IPI);Conhecimento em E.R.P. e Excel.Estar atualizado sobre Reforma TributáriaInformações adicionaisO que o Grupo Açotubo te oferece? 🚏 VT 🏥 Assistência médica (gratuita ao titular)🦷 Assistência odontológica💊 Convênio farmácia🍽 Vale Refeição🫘 Cesta básica🚼 Auxílio nascimento💒 Auxílio casamento✝ Auxílio Funeral📕 Acesso gratuito aos cursos da Universidade Açotubo (on-line)📘 Bolsa de estudos após 01 ano de empresa🎉 Day off de aniversário após 01 ano de empresa (folga de aniversário para a comemoração durar o dia todo, você merece).💰 PPR a depender dos resultados de suas meta🔐 Seguro de Vida Porto Seguro🏋🏻 Wellhub
