A FCamara está em busca de um(a) Pessoa Analista de Projetos Sênior, para atuar em grande empresa de varejo no modelo Hibrido.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades que a pessoa executará

Responsável por conduzir e apoiar projetos de Tecnologia da Informação desde a iniciação até a entrega, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, escopo, orçamento e qualidade.

·     Planejar, acompanhar e controlar cronogramas, riscos, dependências e marcos dos projetos.

·     Realizar a governança do portfólio de projetos, consolidando indicadores e status reports executivos para a liderança.

·     Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com times técnicos, áreas de negócio, fornecedores e patrocinadores.

·     Elaborar e manter a documentação dos projetos, incluindo planos, atas, cronogramas, apresentações executivas e relatórios gerenciais.

·     Realizar a gestão de riscos, impedimentos, mudanças e planos de ação.

·     Apoiar a definição de escopo, requisitos de negócio e estratégias de implantação.

·     Acompanhar fornecedores e garantir o alinhamento entre as áreas de negócio e TI.

·     Apoiar processos de homologação, implantação, operação assistida e encerramento dos projetos.

·     Atuar em iniciativas de melhoria contínua da governança e da metodologia de gestão de projetos da companhia.

Requisitos e qualificações ·     Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

·     Experiência sólida em gestão de projetos de TI, com mínimo de 7 anos.

·     Vivência na condução de projetos multidisciplinares envolvendo negócio e tecnologia.

·     Experiência com metodologias preditivas, ágeis ou híbridas.

·     Experiência na elaboração de apresentações executivas e reporte para níveis gerenciais.

·     Experiência em gestão de fornecedores e acompanhamento de entregas.

·     Conhecimentos avançados em Microsoft Project, Planner, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint ou ferramentas equivalentes.

·     Conhecimento em gestão de portfólio, cronogramas, riscos, custos e indicadores de projetos.

·     Conhecimento em processos corporativos e integração entre áreas de negócio e TI.

Diferenciais

·     Conhecimento em ERP Protheus, sistemas corporativos, integrações e projetos de transformação digital.

·     Certificações como PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PSM ou equivalentes.
