Responsável por suportar o processo administrativo relacionado ao recebimento físico de amêndoas de cacau, garantindo a correta manutenção dos cadastros de produtores, interface entre áreas internas, acompanhamento de liberações de qualidade e suporte ao fluxo de pagamento aos fornecedores/produtores.Principais atividades

Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento dos cadastros de produtores de cacau. Abrir e acompanhar chamados junto ao TI Global para correções e atualizações cadastrais. Apoiar o processo de entrada e recebimento físico de amêndoas de cacau. Solicitar liberações de qualidade após recebimento e análise dos lotes. Interagir diariamente com áreas como Recebimento, Qualidade, Financeiro, Compras, TI e Operações. Realizar acompanhamento dos volumes aprovados pela Qualidade. Solicitar ao Financeiro a liberação dos pagamentos dos produtores após aprovação dos volumes. Elaborar controles, relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais. Garantir a atualização e integridade das informações em sistemas corporativos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Ensino Superior em andamento (Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas). Excel intermediário (indispensável). Inglês intermediário. Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas. Capacidade de gestão e acompanhamento de dados.

Experiência

Vivência em atividades administrativas. Experiência com atendimento a múltiplos stakeholders. Experiência com controles e acompanhamento de processos.4

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em SAP. Conhecimento em Power BI. Conhecimento básico de Python. Experiência em ambiente industrial, agrícola ou cadeia de suprimentos. Experiência com cadastros e gestão de fornecedores/produtores.
