A atuação será no contencioso e no consultivo, na modalidade de CLT.✨ Venha inovar conosco e fazer parte de um time que preza por agilidade, diversidade e excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoio administrativo às atividades do departamento jurídico trabalhista; Controle e acompanhamento de prazos processuais e administrativos; Organização e atualização de sistemas jurídicos, planilhas e bancos de dados; Cadastro e atualização de processos, clientes, partes, informações processuais; Consulta e acompanhamento de movimentações processuais nos sistemas dos Tribunais; Apoio no controle de audiências, perícias, sessões de julgamento e demais compromissos processuais; Organização de documentos e subsídios necessários para elaboração de peças processuais; Solicitação, recebimento e conferência de documentos junto a clientes e áreas internas; Apoio no controle de pagamentos, custas, depósitos judiciais, honorários periciais e demais despesas processuais; Emissão e organização de guias, protocolos e documentos relacionados aos processos; Apoio na alimentação de sistemas internos e plataformas de gestão jurídica; Controle de arquivos físicos e digitais, garantindo a adequada organização e localização dos documentos; Apoio em atividades administrativas relacionadas à rotina do contencioso trabalhista; Elaboração de planilhas de controle e acompanhamento de demandas, prazos, audiências e contingências;Atendimento e suporte às demandas administrativas dos advogados e gestores da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento do Pacote Office;Conhecimento nos sistemas dos Tribunais;Disponibilidade para atuar em horário integral;Proatividade e boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Transporte;Ticket Alimentação/ Refeição;Possibilidade de atuação no sistema híbrido.
