O profissional deverá possuir forte orientação para resultados, comprometimento com os indicadores de desempenho, foco na experiência e satisfação dos clientes, além de excelência no relacionamento e atendimento aos médicos cooperados e demais públicos envolvidos.Como diferencial, valorizamos profissionais com perfil colaborativo, senso de responsabilidade, capacidade de tomada de decisão e habilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e de constante transformação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar e resolver demandas operacionais que impactem a fluidez dos processos de Auditoria;Tratar demandas prioritárias e demais solicitações das áreas da Unimed, especialmente no que se refere a autorizações e negativas de procedimentos e exames;Verificar solicitações de autorização recebidas pelos canais disponíveis (Portal Unimed, site, atendimento presencial, call center, entre outros);Acompanhar prazos e metas relacionados às solicitações de autorização;Manter-se atualizado quanto aos processos internos da cooperativa, garantindo eficácia na execução das atividades;Realizar pré-avaliação e validação das solicitações, analisando informações administrativas, como existência de glosas, carências, laudos e documentos anexos, com base nos dados cadastrados no sistema TOTVS, a fim de evitar autorizações indevidas;Verificar a cobertura do plano de saúde dos beneficiários e liberar ou não as autorizações dentro do prazo, conforme análise no sistema TOTVS;Realizar o lançamento das autorizações no sistema de Gestão de Planos;Entrar em contato com beneficiários, cooperados e prestadores via telefone, repassando informações sobre autorizações, negativas, junta médica ou solicitações de documentos;Identificar e informar a necessidade de correções na parametrização do sistema, prevenindo falhas nas autorizações;Prestar atendimento às solicitações de autorização vindas de clientes, prestadores e outras Unimeds;Buscar alternativas para resolução de dúvidas, garantindo a satisfação do cliente final, prestador e cooperativa;Esclarecer dúvidas com a rede prestadora, empresas contratantes e oferecer suporte às demais áreas da organização no que se refere às autorizações.Requisitos e qualificações Formação mínima para esta posição:Ensino Médio Completo;Qualificações desejáveis:Domínio de Excel em nível intermediário;Conhecimento da legislação vigente da ANS (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar);Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo; Pós-graduação em andamento ou concluídaInformações adicionais Somos um time apaixonado por cuidar de pessoas — e fazemos isso com propósito, entrega e brilho nos olhos! 💫 Somos a 2ª melhor empresa no ranking de saúde GPTW e a 5ª melhor empresa para trabalhar no RS! 🏆 E tem mais: neste ano conquistamos o 45º lugar no Ranking GPTW BRASIL! 🩺 Tudo isso é reflexo de um clima incrível, construído por gente que acredita no que faz!Vem com a gente conquistar ainda mais! 🚀 ORGULHO DE SER GPTW RS, BRASIL E SAÚDE!
