Atuar na Auditoria de Operações em solução de problemas, buscando oportunidade de melhoria contínua, conectando com as demais áreas da empresa. Elaborar e monitorar controles, gerando efetividade e qualidade, buscar sempre o atingimento do indicador, bem como a satisfação do cliente e do médico cooperado.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar e/ou registrar no sistema as solicitações de autorização recebidas dos beneficiários e prestadores;Efetuar as autorizações e auditoria das cobranças de despesas médico hospitalares, enviadas pelos prestadores credenciados e médicos cooperados, com olhar assistencial, avaliando se estão de acordo com as regras e negociações vigentes;Atender e realizar contato com beneficiários, cooperados, prestadores, Unimeds, empresas e áreas da cooperativa;Analisar criticamente as glosas de sistema;Realizar o controle da documentação apresentada pelos prestadores, separando e encaminhando para arquivo os documentos necessários para eventuais consultas das auditorias e demandas administrativas;Realizar o controle dos prazos, e indicadores de processos;Manter-se atualizado sobre os processos da cooperativa, para o desenvolvimento eficaz da rotina de trabalho;Realizar interação com os demais profissionais da auditoria (médicos, enfermeiros, administrativos, farmacêuticos, assistente social);Ser um agente facilitador da comunicação com a rede credenciada, garantindo a agilidade do processo;Identificar oportunidades de otimização no processo;Identificar e sinalizar a necessidade de correção de parâmetros, evitando autorizações e pagamentos indevidos;Buscar alternativas para soluções de dúvidas, visando a satisfação do cliente e da rede credenciada.Requisitos e qualificações Formação mínima para esta posição:Ensino Médio Completo.Qualificações desejáveis:Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo; Pós-graduação em andamento ou concluída.Informações adicionaisSomos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
