Assegurar a plena continuidade das atividades pedagógicas e administrativas, garantindo que a infraestrutura de tecnologia (redes, servidores e hardware) e os recursos de sala de aula estejam sempre operacionais. O foco é prestar um suporte ágil e humanizado a professores e colaboradores, resolvendo incidentes técnicos com rapidez para evitar interrupções no processo de ensino aprendizagem e sistemas acadêmicos. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o apoio das salas de aula e laboratórios caso necessário (testar projetores, sistemas de som, lousas digitais e conectividade);Atender chamados de emergência durante as aulas para resolução de problemas técnicos imediatos e demais chamados dos setores administrativos;Instalar, configurar equipamentos de áudio e vídeo em auditórios e espaços comuns para eventos acadêmicos;Auxiliar os professores na conexão de dispositivos aos recursos da sala e à rede Wi-Fi;Manutenção preventiva e corretiva de cabeamento estruturado (crimpagem, passagem de cabos) e monitoramento de pontos de acesso Wi-Fi;Apoio na gestão de usuários, permissões de pastas em rede e acompanhamento de rotinas de backup;Manutenção física de computadores (limpeza, troca de peças, upgrades) e suporte a impressoras/periféricos;Instalação de sistemas operacionais, pacotes de software educativo e suporte básico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior em Andamento ou Técnico Completo em áreas da Tecnologia da Informação.Conhecimento Técnico:Conhecimento sólido em hardware, redes (TCP/IP) e Windows 10/11; Noções de áudio e vídeo (HDMI, VGA, conversores, mixers de som) serão considerados um diferencial.Habilidades:Extrema cordialidade e paciência;Proatividade para antecipar falhas;Boa comunicação.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: UniArnaldo Anchieta - Belo Horizonte/MGHorário: Segunda a Sexta de 12:00h as 22:00hCarga Horária: 44h SemanaisSalário + Vale Transporte + Vale Alimentação ou Refeição + Day Off de Aniversário + Parceria UNIMED Plano de Saúde (Mensalidade + co participação custeados pelo colaborador) e Plano Odontológico Unimed (Mensalidade com desconto custeada pelo colaborador) + Parceria Totalpass (plano custeado pelo colaborador) + Possibilidade de Bolsa de Estudos+ Parceria com Escola de Idiomas + Parceria SESC.
