Responsabilidades e atribuições No seu dia a dia você irá:

Recepcionar e atender clientes, proporcionando uma experiência acolhedora e de qualidade;Apoiar e realizar vendas de produtos e serviços Claro, apresentando soluções de acordo com as necessidades de cada cliente;Demonstrar produtos, serviços, ofertas e campanhas, contribuindo para os resultados comerciais da loja;Apoiar as rotinas de caixa, incluindo abertura, fechamento, emissão de notas fiscais e demais processos relacionados;Realizar o controle e a organização do estoque, garantindo o armazenamento adequado e a disponibilidade dos produtos;Apoiar a organização e regularização dos contratos e documentos relacionados às vendas;Manter a loja organizada, atrativa e alinhada aos padrões de exposição e identidade visual da marca;Contribuir para o alcance das metas da loja, participando de treinamentos e buscando constantemente desenvolver seus conhecimentos sobre vendas, atendimento e tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você:Ensino Médio completo;Boa comunicação e facilidade para se relacionar com pessoas;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade com tecnologia e ferramentas digitais;Perfil proativo, comprometido e com vontade de aprender;Interesse em desenvolver habilidades na área comercial;Disponibilidade para atuar em horário de shopping/comércio, conforme escala.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, vendas ou varejo;Vivência com rotinas de caixa ou estoque;Conhecimento ou interesse pelo segmento de tecnologia e telecomunicações;Conhecimento básico em Excel.Não possui experiência em Telecom?Sem problemas!Valorizamos pessoas com vontade de aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.
