Nascia então, o Grupo Destaque com maior enfoque em negócios do segmento automotivo, que hoje possui 36 concessionárias do segmento automobilístico com vendas e revendas de carros, manutenção e revisão de veículos, sendo composto por 13 marcas, sendo elas: Fiat, Jeep, Ram, Ford, Renault, BYD, Hyundai, Peugeot, Citroen, Toyota, Nissan, Chery e Semi Novos.Na Alta direção, contamos com um Presidente e dois diretores; e no quadro de colaboradores temos aproximadamente 1.000 colaboradores diretos e 200 colaboradores indiretos, incluindo os cargos de liderança, vendas, pós vendas, peças e administrativo.O Grupo Destaque, hoje referência no mercado automobilístico busca de AUXILIAR DE SERVIÇOS ADMINISTRATIVOS para fazer parte da sua equipe.O que esperamos de você?Procuramos profissionais dedicados a cumprir suas metas e que tenha o propósito de ter um atendimento de excelência, garantindo a satisfação de nossos clientes, e buscando engajamento entre nossa marca X montadora.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia:Realizará a recepção dos clientes na concessionária;Cadastrará os dados dos clientes no sistema da montadora;Direcionará os clientes ao consultor de vendas;Irá realizar o controle da planilha de fluxo de loja e, se necessário, verificará com cada vendedor os atendimentos realizados para inserção na planilha;Participará de cursos on-line fornecidos pela montadora;Fará a verificação do consumo de energia da loja;Solicitará materiais para a loja, como café, materiais de escritório, entre outros;Solicitará a manutenção de equipamentos, como máquina de café, PABX, entre outros;Elaborará as atas das reuniões da equipe;Zelará pela conservação do showroom, no que diz respeito à limpeza, organização, entre outros aspectos;Realizará atendimento telefônico, direcionando as ligações aos responsáveis;Monitorizará a saída de veículos para test drive, entregando ao cliente o termo de responsabilidade e recolhendo-o devidamente assinado;Controlará as impressões da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos?Requisitos Mínimos:Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo;Conhecimentos: Pacote office;Experiência com Atendimento ao Cliente.Onde você irá trabalhar:Terá como base a região de Atibaia.Oportunidade 100% presencial;Horário de trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira das 08h00 as 18h00. Sábado das 09h às 14h.Informações adicionaisComo aqui gostamos de pessoas, confira nossos benefícios ao fazer parte do nosso time:Por aqui, cuidamos da sua saúde!
