Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de SMO para integrar nosso time de Saúde Ocupacional, atuando no suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área.Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar o controle e a organização de documentos, atestados e exames ocupacionais, além de prestar atendimento aos colaboradores e auxiliar a equipe de Saúde Ocupacional na execução dos processos do setor.Buscamos alguém organizado(a), responsável, atento(a) aos detalhes, com boa comunicação e interesse em atuar na área de Saúde Ocupacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesReceber, conferir, registrar e acompanhar atestados médicos no sistema corporativo, garantindo a atualização e conformidade das informações;Realizar a organização e guarda física e digital dos documentos da área de Saúde Ocupacional, assegurando sigilo, segurança e fácil rastreabilidade;Atender colaboradores presencialmente e por telefone, prestando orientações básicas e realizando os direcionamentos necessários;Responder, organizar e encaminhar e-mails da área, mantendo uma comunicação clara e tempestiva;Auxiliar a Técnica de Enfermagem do Trabalho nas atividades administrativas e operacionais do setor;Apoiar os processos de agendamento de exames ocupacionais, incluindo exames admissionais, periódicos, após afastamento, mudança de risco ocupacional e demissionais;Auxiliar na organização e atualização de controles, planilhas e registros da área;Contribuir para a execução de programas e ações de saúde ocupacional;Cumprir os procedimentos internos, normas regulamentadoras (NRs), políticas e diretrizes de Saúde Ocupacional;Manter o sigilo das informações e documentos relacionados à saúde dos colaboradores, observando as diretrizes internas de proteção de dados.
