Prospectar locais (estabelecimento comercial) para ativação do Banco24Horas e +Varejo, bem como ampliar a rede em pontos de alta desempenho, renegociar aluguéis já definidos, em uma área geográfica, por identificação e negociação dos melhores locais e pelo menor valor de aluguel, a fim de atender a expansão do produto e as indicações dos Bancos. Geração de leads para o portfólio da TecBan ( TBNet/ Mídia).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar e negociar, pelo menor valor possível de aluguel, novos pontos para a expansão da rede Banco24Horas e + Varejo, buscando a melhor relação custo/benefício e promovendo a diversidade dos ramos de atuação;Atender as solicitações de pontos já ativados (remanejamento, renegociações de valores, sinistros e duplicações) a fim de manter o bom relacionamento, a credibilidade dos serviços prestados e ampliar o volume de transação dos pontos;Promover ações de marketing com cliente, visando alavancar transações, evitando tour over, recuperação de pontos de baixa performance, e acelerar a maturação do ponto e também alavancar novos e potenciais negócios;Ser o braço em campo da área de Comunicação para garantir a boa imagem do ATM e peças de sinalização no PDV;Ser porta voz de informações relevantes para os clientes;Acompanhar os principais indicadores dos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócios;Garantir a negociação do +Varejo junto ao mercado com o objetivo de trazer novas receitas para a empresa, através da cobrança mensal prevista em contrato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (Excel/ Power Point/ Word);Experiência de relacionamento com varejo de pequeno e médio porte;Com CNH B para direção de carro;Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: São Luis/MA
