A ideia é mostrar como você pensa, pesquisa e transforma informação em boas oportunidades de negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPesquisa e priorização

Trabalhar listas de contas alinhadas ao ICP e às teses comerciais definidas. Identificar sinais de intenção: campanhas com creators, contratações, eventos, movimentos de concorrentes, uso de plataformas, expansão de equipe e iniciativas de marketing. Mapear empresas, decisores, influenciadores internos e hipóteses de valor. Monitorar práticas de concorrentes por fontes públicas, eventos, materiais e demonstrações, respeitando limites éticos e legais. Prospecção multicanal

Criar abordagens personalizadas por e-mail, telefone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp e eventos. Executar cold calls com preparação, clareza e capacidade de condução. Utilizar IA para pesquisa e produtividade sem perder personalização nem responsabilidade sobre a mensagem. Registrar interações, próximos passos e aprendizados no CRM. Manter cadências consistentes e follow-ups com motivo claro para o contato. Qualificação consultiva

Validar ICP, operação atual, problemas, prioridade, orçamento, decisores e timing. Explorar BANT, SPIN e sinais de compra. Preparar o lead para uma reunião de diagnóstico, alinhando expectativa sobre a proposta de valor. Realizar handover completo para o AE com contexto, riscos e hipótese de próximo passo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Experiência em prospecção outbound e vendas B2B;  Vivência com cold call, social selling e cadências multicanais. Conhecimento prático de Challenger Sales ou metodologia consultiva equivalente. Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Disciplina de CRM, organização e gestão de follow-ups. Capacidade de pesquisar contas e construir uma hipótese comercial.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais

Experiência com SaaS B2B, martech, adtech, social media ou influencer marketing. Uso de ferramentas de sales intelligence, intent data e automação comercial. Produção de conteúdo profissional no LinkedIn. Participação como host, palestrante ou organizador de eventos. Conhecimento de BANT, SPIN Selling, MEDDICC ou account-based selling.
