A Brasal Refrigerantes, uma das empresas mais admiradas do Brasil, reconhecida pela comercialização e distribuição dos produtos da marca Coca-Cola, todo o portfólio da Cervejaria Heineken do Brasil e Leão Alimentos e Bebidas, está em busca de profissionais para integrar sua equipe.Nosso propósito é promover negócios por meio de relações de confiança e de uma cultura de gestão que gera resultados e prosperidade para todas as pessoas.Se você é um profissional talentoso e está em busca de uma oportunidade, então esta é a sua chance de fazer parte de uma das empresas Incrível!Junte-se a nossa equipe!Candidate-se agora mesmo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar ao longo do dia, o painel de pedidos do Conecta B2B, acompanhando a carteira de clientes com pedido previsto para a data e o percentual já realizado;Identificar em tempo hábil os clientes que ainda não fizeram o pedido programado e acionar o cliente, o consultor comercial responsável para garantir a compra dentro da janela de atendimento;Acompanhar os indicadores por cliente do monitor de vendas - pedido programado, volume programador VPF, IPS e comparação com o último pedido e com o ano anterior - e disparar ação diante de desvio;Analisar o comportamento do cliente no aplicativo para distinguir problema de acesso de falta de hábito de compra, encaminhando cada caso ao tratamento adequado;Propor e acompanhar promoções e campanhas dirigidas a grupos de clientes identificados no painel, como venda zero, queda de amplitude de portfólio e redução de volume;Acompanhar a importação dos pedidos das plataformas digitais para o SAP, tratando as ocorrências identificadas;Identificar problemas de integração, cadastro de produto, pedido e fluxo comercial, tratando ou escalando às áreas responsáveis e acompanhando até a resolução;Atender e orientar o cliente sobre o uso das plataformas digitais por e-mail, chat e telefone;Manter a gestão à vista atualizada, sinalizando desvios às gerências e coordenações comerciais;Registrar as tratativas e o histórico de ações por cliente, construindo a base de conhecimento sobre as causas de não compra;Apoiar o BI na especificação, validação e evolução dos indicadores do painel;Consolidar e reportar o atingimento diário da meta de pedido digital da base;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do gestor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em administração, marketing, economia, engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Vivência em rotina comercial, atendimento a clientes B2B e inteligência comercial DesejávelExperiência com base ampla de clientes e campanhas segmentadas ou bens de consumo.Informações adicionaisHorário da vagaDe segunda a sexta-feira de 8h as 18hSalário e benefícios 💲 R$ 4.500 ~ R$ 5.000🚌 Vale Transporte;🍝 Alimentação no local;📦 Cesta básica;🏥 Plano de Saúde;🥼 Plano Odontológico;⭕ Seguro de Vida;🎂 Folga no dia do aniversário;💰 Participação nos lucros;🍝 Estacionamento; 💪
