Vem com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar de forma generalista no modelo de Business Partner, com participação ativa em todos os subsistemas de Gestão de Pessoas, como Recrutamento e Seleção, Relações Trabalhistas e Sindicais, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Cultura Organizacional, entre outros;Apoiar na gestão do quadro de colaboradores, incluindo abertura de vagas, controle de orçamento de pessoal e acompanhamento das etapas de admissão;Acompanhar processos de desligamento e realizar análises para propor ações de melhoria contínua;Executar e acompanhar movimentações internas, como promoções, transferências e progressões por mérito;Dar suporte à liderança nas rotinas de RH, como controle de ponto, gestão de férias e realização de feedbacks;Contribuir para a construção e o acompanhamento de ações voltadas ao desenvolvimento de pessoas;Apoiar a condução de pesquisas internas, como clima organizacional, engajamento e cultura;Monitorar e analisar indicadores de RH (People Analytics), como absenteísmo, turnover, entre outros, gerando insights para tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior cursando em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, ou áreas afins.Será um diferencial se você tiver conhecimento em indústria/operações logísticasVivência nos subsistemas de RH, diferencial experiência prévia como Business Partner ou papéis similaresConhecimento em Pacote Office, diferencial Excel intermediárioDisponibilidade para atuação presencial na Unidade Itororó (Blumenau/SC)Ser uma pessoa dinâmica, proativa, atenta aos detalhes, mão na massa, analítica;Flexibilidade, resiliência e agilidade: nosso crescimento é exponencial e a mudança é uma realidade no nosso dia-dia.Informações adicionais#LI-GL1#LI-ONSITE
