O profissional acompanhará o ciclo de vendas, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas da empresa e a satisfação dos clientes. Também colaborará com a equipe de marketing para desenvolver estratégias que aumentem a visibilidade e impulsionem as vendas.No seu dia a dia você terá como atividades:Atender leads e clientes via WhatsApp, chat, telefone e demais canais digitais, dentro dos SLAs definidos; Entender a necessidade do cliente e recomendar o produto e a solução adequados (venda consultiva); Elaborar orçamentos, negociar condições e fechar vendas dentro das políticas comerciais da empresa; Realizar follow-up de propostas e ações de recuperação de carrinhos, boletos não pagos, pix não pagos e orçamentos em aberto; Registrar todas as interações, oportunidades e vendas no CRM, mantendo a base atualizada; Cumprir metas de conversão, faturamento e qualidade de atendimento; Utilizar scripts, argumentos e materiais comerciais de forma consultiva, adaptando a comunicação ao perfil do cliente; Acionar supervisor ou áreas de apoio quando houver necessidade de condições especiais, dúvidas complexas ou impedimentos operacionais; Acompanhar pedidos em pontos críticos quando necessário, garantindo orientação correta ao cliente até a finalização da compra; Zelar pela imagem da CentralAr.com, mantendo comunicação profissional, cordial, ágil e transparente.
