Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!#LI-REMOTE#LI-MB1Atuação hibrida na Faria Lima/SP (2x na semana)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) SDET Mobile (Software Development Engineer in Test) para atuar na evolução da qualidade de aplicativos, acelerando a estratégia de automação mobile, ampliando a cobertura dos fluxos críticos e fortalecendo a confiabilidade das releases. Essa pessoa será responsável por projetar, desenvolver e evoluir soluções de automação, contribuir para a estratégia de qualidade das squads e apoiar a adoção e expansão da Device Farm corporativa, reduzindo riscos e aumentando a previsibilidade das entregas.Desenvolver, manter e evoluir testes automatizados para aplicações Android e iOS, ampliando a cobertura dos fluxos críticos e garantindo a qualidade das entregas.Construir e aprimorar frameworks de automação mobile, promovendo reutilização, escalabilidade e manutenibilidade dos ativos de teste.Definir e disseminar boas práticas de automação e engenharia de qualidade junto às squads.Participar da definição da estratégia de testes, realizando análises de risco e apoiando iniciativas de Shift-Left Testing e qualidade contínua.Integrar automações aos pipelines de CI/CD, assegurando execuções automatizadas em diferentes dispositivos e versões.Apoiar a evolução e adoção da Device Farm corporativa, contribuindo para a expansão da estratégia de automação mobile.Monitorar indicadores de qualidade, cobertura, estabilidade e eficiência dos testes, propondo melhorias contínuas.Investigar falhas, analisar defeitos e atuar na redução do esforço manual de regressão.Colaborar com times de Desenvolvimento, QA, Plataforma e Product Owners para fortalecer a confiabilidade e previsibilidade das releases.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em automação de testes mobile. Conhecimento avançado em Appium. Experiência com aplicações Android e iOS. Vivência na construção e manutenção de frameworks de automação. Conhecimento em APIs REST. Experiência com Git e pipelines de CI/CD. Conhecimento em testes funcionais, regressivos e exploratórios. Experiência em análise de falhas e investigação de defeitos. Vivência em metodologias ágeis. Perfil analítico, com boa capacidade de resolução de problemas. Comunicação clara, autonomia e trabalho colaborativo.

Diferenciais

Experiência com AWS Device Farm ou ferramentas similares. Conhecimento em Robot Framework e/ou Playwright. Experiência com testes de performance mobile. Conhecimento em observabilidade e monitoramento. Vivência com arquitetura de testes e estratégias de qualidade. Experiência com BDD (Behavior Driven Development). Atuação em ambientes corporativos de grande porte e produtos digitais de alta escala. Experiência com métricas e indicadores de qualidade. Mentalidade de melhoria contínua e influência em boas práticas de qualidade.
