Empresa de Grande porte.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer por aqui: Coordenar equipe de consultores, assistentes e analistas sob sua gestão, de forma a direcionar e orientar na consultoria técnica a candidatos a franqueados; conduzir o processo de prospecção, negociação e aprovação de novos pontos comerciais, implantação, repasse de lojas e apoio ao desenvolvimento de novos negócios. Atualizar palestras para candidatos a novos franqueados, atualizar números, conceitos e processos, transmitir a equipe de trabalho. Gestão de time. Participar do comitê de avaliação do ponto e perfil, votar para a pré-aprovação de pontos comerciais e perfis dos candidatos a novos franqueados, consultar materiais enviados pelos candidatos e dos pontos montados, viabilizar visitas para aprovação final e consequentemente abertura da loja. Auxiliar o processo de Key Account, quando necessário na negociação de pontos comerciais junto às redes de Shopping Centers, Supermercados ou outros empreendimentos, em busca de abertura de novas lojas. Analisar os processos de reversão de objeções de pontos reprovados, verificar se os motivos de reprovação têm possibilidade de reversão, para não desperdiçar oportunidades de negócio, de forma a enviar os dados a repescagem. Avaliar o desempenho dos funcionários subordinados, solicitar treinamentos de acordo com a necessidade identificada, bem como, cuidar dos aspectos disciplinares e legais, como as leis trabalhistas, no que se referem à frequência, férias, pagamento, salários, demissões e contratações de mão de obra. Além de, aplicação de feedback periodicamente a fim de nortear o colaborador em suas entregas. Coordenar o processo de implantação e inauguração de novas lojas e de venda e repasse de unidades em funcionamento; Acompanhar e elaborar indicadores de performance de colaboradores, da área, de lojas e localidades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExcel intermediário/avançado, com domínio de fórmulas, PROCX/PROCV, SOMASES, Tabela Dinâmica e tratamento de grandes bases. Conhecimento em processos financeiros, faturamento, conciliação e pagamentos. Conhecimento em SAP e Protheus. Capacidade de analisar divergências e atuar na causa raiz dos problemas. Boa gestão de prazos e capacidade de trabalhar com alto volume de informações.

Superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Comercial, Marketing e etc.

Desejável: MBA e/ou Pós Graduação em áreas correlatas a Gestão de Negócios.
