Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de NOC e Gestão de Crise para atuar em um ambiente de missão crítica, liderando time de NOC e assegurando a confiabilidade e escalabilidade dos nossos sistemas. Você será o elo central durante incidentes, orquestrando a equipe de resposta para garantir que todos os profissionais necessários sejam engajados rumo à resolução ágil. Além de atuar ativamente na gestão de crises de alta prioridade, você atuará na visão de disponibilidade das nossas plataformas, impactando diretamente a experiência dos nossos usuários e protegendo a continuidade dos negócios.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a resposta, comunicação e tomada de decisões rápidas e assertivas em situações de alta pressão. Coordenar as operações do NOC (Network Operations Center), eliminando silos de comunicação e promovendo colaboração fluida durante incidentes críticos.Criar e atualizar procedimentos padrão (playbooks/runbooks), organizando treinamentos e simulações para manter o time sempre preparado.Facilitar reuniões de pós-incidente separando sintomas de causas-raiz, garantindo a execução de planos de ação preventivos para evitar reincidências. Traduzir informações técnicas complexas em atualizações de status claras e transparentes para stakeholders, executivos e áreas de negócio. Monitorar, otimizar e acompanhar indicadores estratégicos de sustentabilidade da operação, como SLOs, SLAs, MTTR e MTTA.Atuar em parceria com times de Arquitetura e SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) para propor melhorias estruturais, fluxos de resposta e gestão de riscos operacionais a longo prazo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada na liderança de equipes técnicas, gestão de operações de TI/NOC em ambientes de alta criticidade ou plataformas SaaS.Domínio em práticas de ITSM e ITIL (foco no ciclo completo de Gestão de Incidentes, Problemas e Mudanças).Experiência prática com ferramentas de Observabilidade e Monitoramento (ex: Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, Sentry, Elastic, etc.) para acelerar diagnósticos.Conhecimento sólido em arquitetura de sistemas, ambientes Cloud (como AWS) e cultura DevOps.Altamente articulado(a), com excelente inteligência emocional, escuta ativa e comunicação clara e empática com diversos perfis de públicoInformações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido, 2x por semana presencial na Vila Olímpia - SPModelo de contratação: Associado
