Empresa de grande porteResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Coordenador de Logística , sua missão será assegurar o abastecimento contínuo e eficiente de todas as lojas da rede, liderando a movimentação de mercadorias desde a chegada no estoque até a entrega final na ponta. Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Gestão de Abastecimento e Operação dos PDVsCoordenar o fluxo completo de recebimento, armazenagem, separação, movimentação e distribuição de produtos.Garantir o atendimento rápido e contínuo das necessidades do pontos de venda, alinhando demanda, frequência de entrega e criticidade dos itens.Planejar e acompanhar as necessidades de reposição junto aos pedidos de compra, analisando consumo, giro, cobertura de estoque e prazos de validade para evitar rupturas ou excessos.Atuar em forte sinergia com as equipes de Supply, Operações e gerentes de lojas para solucionar ocorrências e ajustar fluxos de entrega.Gestão de Estoques, Inventários e Redução de PerdasAssegurar a acuracidade, disponibilidade, organização, endereçamento físico e controle de validade (FIFO/PEPS) dos estoques.Liderar inventários periódicos, realizar a tratativa de divergências e monitorar a composição financeira do estoque, identificando itens de baixo giro e reduzindo perdas.Otimizar os processos internos do estoque, propondo melhorias na separação de pedidos, na expedição e na gestão de devoluções.Liderança de Pessoas e Desenvolvimento de EquipeLiderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe operacional no dia a dia do armazém/estoque.Gerenciar escalas de trabalho, distribuição de tarefas, produtividade, controle de absenteísmo, banco de horas, alinhamentos e feedbacks contínuos.Promover treinamentos operacionais com o time para garantir a correta execução dos processos e o uso adequado dos sistemas.Compliance, Qualidade e Gestão por Indicadores (KPIs)Assegurar o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança do trabalho, procedimentos internos, regulamentações aeroportuárias e boas práticas no manuseio de alimentos. Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da área (KPIs), como giro de estoque, acuracidade de inventário, nível de serviço e índice de perdas. Elaborar e executar planos de ação preventivos e corretivos focados na redução de custos operacionais e no ganho de produtividade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional com o seguinte perfil e qualificações:Habilidades Técnicas: Domínio em gestão de rotinas de logística de distribuição, abastecimento de lojas de varejo e controle de estoques. Conhecimento operacional em sistemas ERP e WMS. Capacidade de análise de dados operacionais e indicadores via Excel (construção e acompanhamento de relatórios/dashboards). Noções sobre BPF/armazenamento de alimentos e segurança do trabalho.Habilidades Comportamentais: Liderança participativa, forte orientação a detalhes, organização extrema, proatividade, boa comunicação interpessoal e agilidade para resolução de problemas.Conhecimentos: Formação Superior ou Técnica em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Cursos e capacitações em Gestão de Estoque, Liderança ou Gestão de Equipes.Vivência e Diferenciais: Experiência consistente na coordenação de equipes operacionais de estoque, logística ou centro de distribuição.
