Coordenar a equipe de produção, estabelecer metas (PDI), aplicar feedbacks, bem como programar a produção, analisar e propor ações que equacionem as dificuldades circunstanciais que influenciam no alcance dos indicadores de performance estabelecidos. Acompanhamentos dos indicadores de performance. Acompanhamento e negociação da manutenção preventiva e corretiva.Acompanhamento e gerenciamento das diretrizes de conservação patrimonial e ambiental. Acompanhamento Individual de Melhorias. Atender as demandas da Auditoria da Qualidade. Ministrar treinamentos.Requisitos e qualificações• Formação superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Química, agronômica ou áreas correlatas.• Conhecimento e experiência de 5 anos com vivência em gestão da produção, métodos e processos, diferencial conhecimento em fertilizantes e granulação.• Desejável POS ou MBA especialização em processos ou administração.
