Para isso, é necessário ter experiência com análise de projeto e execução de obra para com a engenharia definir plano de ataque, sequência no planejamento.Como Engenheiro (a) de Planejamento, você vai:Elaborar o planejamento pré-obra, dentro do prazo estabelecido.Elaborar o planejamento executivo, dentro do prazo estabelecido.Realizar o acompanhamento físico e físico-financeiro das obras.Apoiar a engenharia no controle de prazo.Liberar lotes de avaliação para a AGS.Atualizar os dados de avanço físico e físico-financeiro para os departamentos de Marketing e Financeiro.Receber o projeto, memorial descritivo e o orçamento da obra para abrir a EAP (Estrutura Analítica do Projeto).Definir com a engenharia da obra o plano de ataque, a sequência, os ciclos de execução e os recursos das tarefas.Inserir o custo na EAP de acordo com o orçamento (pré-obra ou executivo).Gerar o cronograma da obra, os gráficos para acompanhamento e o cronograma de suprimentos.Gerar a programação mensal e trimestral, validando com a engenharia da obra.Percorrer as obras periodicamente e identificar possíveis desvios de sequência e de prazo.Identificar a causa do não cumprimento das atividades programadas.Atualizar o cronograma da obra e verificar se houve desvio de prazo.Sugerir plano de ação de melhoria cuidando para que não impacte no prazo.Acompanhar e atualizar o cronograma de suprimentos com base nos prazos de contratações fornecido por suprimentos.Emitir relatório de acompanhamento periódico e mensal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:· Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil· Experiência anterior na área de Planejamento· Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Autocad.· Conhecimento avançado em Project.· Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em ExcelInformações adicionaisNosso pacote de benefícios possui: ·        Salários competitivos;·        Plano médico e odontológico;·        Vale refeição;·        Gympass;·        Vale transporte;·        Estacionamento;·        Incentivo educacional·        Parcerias com instituições de ensino;·        Parcerias diversas na região, desde alimentação à beleza e estética.  E não é apenas isso.
