Buscamos um(a) Especialista de Manutenção e Facilities para atuar ativamente na prospecção, qualificação e relacionamento com famílias interessadas em conhecer a Rede Decisão.O(a) profissional será responsável por realizar levantamentos técnicos em campo, elaborar escopos e analisar propostas para cotação de obras, serviços e demandas de OPEX (como manutenção, pintura e serviços civis). Atuará no acompanhamento técnico e validação da execução contratada, além de apoiar o planejamento orçamentário, a gestão do Welcome CAPEX em novas unidades e o controle preventivo de regularizações como o AVCB. O profissional deverá trazer para a área de Suprimentos análises técnicas consistentes que contemplem preço, custo, qualidade, prazo, risco e viabilidade técnica das soluções. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar levantamentos técnicos e quantitativos em campo;Elaborar e validar escopos para cotação de obras e serviços;Analisar tecnicamente propostas de fornecedores, materiais, quantitativos e métodos executivos;Apoiar a equalização técnica e comercial das propostas;Identificar riscos, inconsistências de dimensionamento e soluções inadequadas antes da contratação;Acompanhar tecnicamente serviços e obras contratadas quando necessário;Validar se a execução está aderente ao escopo contratado;Apoiar o orçamento e o planejamento de obras;Apoiar contratações de OPEX relacionadas a pintura, manutenção preventiva, manutenção corretiva, serviços civis e demais demandas prediais;Atuar operacionalmente no Welcome CAPEX de novas unidades, realizando levantamento e contagem de extintores, mobiliário e demais itens necessários para implantação;Acompanhar vencimentos de AVCB com antecedência, organizar necessidades para renovação, realizar cotações, contratar fornecedores e acompanhar pendências até a regularização;Realizar visitas técnicas às unidades sempre que necessário;Fornecer à área de Suprimentos análises técnicas completas, considerando preço, custo, qualidade, prazo, risco e viabilidade técnica da solução.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação concluída como Técnico em Edificações;Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência prática como Técnico em Edificações ou função equivalente;Experiência com orçamento e planejamento de obras;Conhecimento prático para leitura e análise de escopos, quantitativos, materiais e serviços de construção/manutenção;Desejável: CNH válida.
