Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na gestão operacional e regulatória de Investidores Não Residentes (INR) e Fundos de Investimento em Participações (FIP), garantindo o correto processamento das operações, o atendimento às exigências regulatórias e o relacionamento com gestores, administradores, custodiantes e demais parceiros estratégicos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·         Controle das Carteiras dos INR - Investidores não Residentes (contas 4373 e contas 4131) e Atualização cadastral junto ao representante legal e custodiante;

·         Operacionalizar os fechamentos de câmbio de entrada e saída de recursos, cotações, liquidações, abertura de relacionamento nas instituições financeiras e controles das posições;

·         Acompanhamento da liquidação de operações e do caixa dos INR - Investidores não Residentes e dos fundos estruturados (FIP);

·         Apoiar as áreas de negócios na estruturação dos investimentos e desinvestimentos dos fundos estruturados (FIP);

·         Análise do fechamento de carteiras dos fundos estruturados (FIP) e apontamento de correções para adequado enquadramento das operações;

·         Análise do fechamento de carteiras dos INR – Investidores não residentes e apontamento de correções para adequado enquadramento das operações;

·         Elaboração e atendimento a informações regulatórias de FIP (Informe quadrimestral, Informe Trimestral Anbima, CADOC 5401, E-financeira e INR (Informe mensal e trimestral de INR) junto aos órgãos reguladores.

·         Atendimento aos Gestores dos Fundos;

·         Relacionamento diário com contrapartes - Administradores, Custodiantes e Distribuidores;

Otimização e aprimoramento dos controles e processos internos;

Requisitos e qualificações·         Graduação em Economia, Administração, Engenharia e áreas correlatas

·         Experiência anterior com: Controle e Análise Carteira de INR – Investidor não residente (Contas 4373 e Contas 4131), Cotações para fechamentos de Câmbio, Análise e Processamento de Carteira de Fundos de Investimentos Estruturados: FIP – Fundos de Investimentos em Participação)

·         Inglês Avançado

·         Excel Avançado

·         Habilidade em programação SQL, VBA, Python (desejável)

·         Capacidade analítica

·         Facilidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe

·         Bom relacionamento interpessoal

·         Capacidade de concentração e de atendimento à múltiplas demandas
