Responsável por garantir uma abordagem integrada, inovadora e eficiente em todas as fases do ciclo de vida dos projetos desde a concepção, definição de escopo, contratações, acompanhamento físico-financeiro, até a entrega final.Atua de forma analítica, estratégica e orientada ao futuro, antecipando riscos, prevenindo desvios e conduzindo análises que suportem a tomada de decisão gerencial. Elabora memoriais descritivos, relatórios executivos, equalizações técnicas e escopos multidisciplinares, promovendo excelência técnica, padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar o avanço físico dos projetos por meio de ferramentas com Curva S, gestão de riscos, análises de desvios e proposição de ações corretivas;Gerir cronogramas multidisciplinares e consolidar informações do portfólio, garantindo alinhamento com metas e prazos estratégicos;Aplicar metodologias de modelagem e simulação para prever desempenho, antecipar cenários e oferecer recomendações estratégicas;Desenvolver estratégias avançadas para otimização de processos, mitigação de riscos e aumento de eficiência operacional;Elaborar escopos técnicos e memoriais descritivos para contratações nas disciplinas Civil, Metal-Mecânica, Elétrica e Instrumentação;Realizar equalização técnica de propostas, assegurando aderência ao escopo e conformidade com normas (NBRs, NR-10, IEC, etc.);Identificar, analisar e mitigar riscos, elaborando planos de contingência e monitorando indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs);Implementar e aprimorar metodologias de planejamento (Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, AWP, BIM), promovendo inovação e transformação digital;Avaliar prioridades e responder às Solicitações de Contratação, assegurando prazos e qualidade técnica;Acompanhar etapas e prazos das contratações, desenvolvendo controles e relatórios como Tempo Médio para Contratação e Preços Contatados;Atuar de forma consultiva junto a áreas internas, fornecedores e clientes, mediando situações complexas e garantindo negociações eficazes;Conduzir análises complexas e apresentar relatórios executivos para liderança, reforçando impactos, riscos e alternativas técnicas;Participar de comitês ou fóruns decisórios, fornecendo subsídios técnicos para projetos estratégicos;Promover desenvolvimento técnico da equipe, conduzindo treinamentos internos, capacitações e disseminando boas práticas;Avaliar e implementar tecnologias emergentes que aprimorem o planejamento e controle de obras;Realizar auditorias internas nos processos de planejamento, promovendo padronização, qualidade e melhoria contínua;Manter atualização sobre tendências, metodologias e ferramentas avançadas de gestão de projetos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo (Engenharia e áreas afins); Desejável Pós-Graduação Completa.
