Fortalecer a cultura de segurança, governança assistencial e prática baseada em evidências. Monitorar e analisar KPIs nacionais e eventos adversos. Validar a consistência dos dados, identificar tendências e direcionar ações corretivas e preventivas. Atualizar e revisar POPs, normas e diretrizes assistenciais corporativas. Apoiar gestores locais e unidades na resolução de problemas assistenciais críticos por meio da elaboração e condução de planos de ação estruturados. Avaliar impactos clínicos e operacionais de iniciativas corporativas. Realizar Auditorias Internas e externas nas instalações/clínicas. Conduzir processos de Avaliação de Risco (Risk Assessment). Realizar a revisão e análise de eventos Serious (graves) e Critical (críticos). Fazer o gerenciamento contínuo de eventos adversos e a investigação de incidentes/HL clínicos. Participar ativamente de reuniões de tripé regional. Realizar/participar da reunião semanal clínica regional. Conduzir reuniões clínicas semanais para garantir os desdobramentos dos planos de ação corporativos. Atuar na revisão de protocolos clínicos vigentes. Acompanhar a implantação e andamento de projetos corporativos nas clínicas. Realizar reuniões de gestão 1:1 com os Enfermeiros Responsáveis Técnicos (RTs), oferecendo suporte e coaching. Conduzir entrevistas de Case (estudos de caso clínico) durante os processos de seleção de novos enfermeiros. Executar atividades administrativas diversas inerentes ao funcionamento da área de suporte clínico.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Enfermagem com registro ativo e regular no COREN. Pós-graduação concluída em Nefrologia. Atuação prévia como liderança de enfermagem em clínicas de hemodiálise. Amplo e aprofundado conhecimento das normas sanitárias da ANVISA (com ênfase na RDC 11) e conselhos de classe, com capacidade de emitir pareceres técnicos embasados. Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel e PowerPoint para gestão de indicadores e apresentações). Possuir Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) e total disponibilidade para viagens regionais e nacionais.
