A posição oferece contato direto com lideranças e uma excelente oportunidade de desenvolvimento profissional em ambiente corporativo.Principais responsabilidadesApoiar na organização e controle de agendas, reuniões e compromissos;Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e organização de documentos, relatórios e apresentações;Realizar atendimento telefônico, por e-mail e presencial;Apoiar a comunicação interna e externa;Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais;Apoiar demandas administrativas gerais da área;Acompanhar prazos e realizar follow-ups com áreas internas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando Secretariado Executivo, Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão de Negócios e Relações Internacionais a partir do 3º período;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Botafogo, de 09h às 16h, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço;Inglês será considerado um diferencial (especialmente para leitura e escrita de e-mails e documentos);Conhecimento em ferramentas como Outlook, Teams, Google Agenda ou similares;Vivência prévia em rotinas administrativas (acadêmica ou estágio).Informações adicionaisSalário compatível com o mercado;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Vale Refeição;Wellhub;Descontos nos nossos produtos em nossa loja online.
