Auxiliar nos processos referentes aos programas de Promoção à Saúde e Prevenção de Doenças e as rotinas administrativas do setor com foco na satisfação do cliente interno e externo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento telefônico e presencial de clientes;Organizar dados cadastrais do paciente na planilha de gerenciamento do serviço;Organizar as visitas domiciliares dos clientes assistidos no Programa Lado a Lado, por profissionais de saúde, seguindo a ordem cronológica dos atendimentos;Efetuar o contato telefônico com o cliente para agendar a visita domiciliar e registrar na planilha gerenciamento as informações pertinentes à visita;Auxiliar a equipe da Atenção Domiciliar no atendimento telefônico;Realizar o agendamento de remoções para os pacientes atendimentos quando solicitados pela equipe;Realizar avaliação social com a supervisão da Assistente Social do setor;Acompanhar a Assistente Social do setor nas visitas domiciliares;Controlar lista de presença dos clientes participantes dos programas;Organizar os documentos referente ao prontuário dos pacientes;Verificar no sistema TOTVS se o plano do cliente assistido pelo Programa Lado a Lado atende os critérios de elegibilidade ( pré-pagamento e sem exclusão);Criar agendas de atendimento com informações inerentes à visita domiciliar, após encaminhar as agendas via e-mail para os profissionais responsáveis pelo atendimento;Realizar autorização das guias do Programa do Lado a Lado no sistema TOTVS;Realizar o atendimento para o cliente na recepção sob o acompanhamento da equipe;Preencher os documentos ( papel filtro do Teste do Pezinho, protocolo do Teste do Pezinho, caderno de correspondência e guias de atendimentos) inerentes ao Programa Bebê Unimed;Realizar agendamento e confirmação de clientes atendidos pela a médica do Programa Lado a lado;Lançar na planilha o resultado das Pesquisas de Satisfação dos atendimentos do NAIS;Auxiliar nos processos referentes aos programas de Promoção à Saúde e Prevenção de Doenças e as rotinas administrativas do setor com foco na satisfação do cliente interno e externo;Organizar documentos e arquivos do setor;Apoiar a equipe de recepção no atendimento ao cliente presencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnicos✅Cursando Superior em Psicologia;✅Desejável curso aplicador ABA;✅Conhecimento em Pacote Office;Comportamentais✅Trabalho em equipe e cooperação;✅Proatividade e engajamento;✅Senso de dono e foco em resultados;✅Organização e adaptação a mudanças;✅Visão de melhoria contínua e inovação;✅Foco no cliente e postura solucionadora;✅Resiliência e agilidade;✅Inteligência emocional e flexibilidade;✅Ética, integridade e construção de confiança;Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira das 08h às 14h.Local de trabalho: NAIS São José dos Campos (Endereço: Av.
