Gerenciar e desenvolver uma carteira de parceiros e contas estratégicas, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando oportunidades de expansão;

Conduzir negociações comerciais B2B, apresentando propostas, alinhando condições e buscando acordos sustentáveis para as partes;

Estruturar, implementar e acompanhar parcerias comerciais, garantindo o cumprimento dos acordos e o desenvolvimento das oportunidades;

Realizar vendas consultivas, compreendendo as necessidades dos parceiros e apresentando soluções adequadas ao negócio;

Gerenciar o pipeline comercial, acompanhando oportunidades desde a prospecção até a conversão e evolução das contas;

Monitorar indicadores de desempenho comercial, analisando resultados e identificando oportunidades de melhoria e crescimento;

Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para desenvolvimento de contas e atingimento das metas comerciais;

Utilizar ferramentas de CRM, como Salesforce, RD Station e OMNI, para registro, acompanhamento e gestão das oportunidades e relacionamento com parceiros;

Elaborar relatórios e controles comerciais, utilizando ferramentas como Excel para acompanhamento de resultados e performance;

Manter relacionamento próximo com parceiros e stakeholders, fortalecendo o networking e ampliando as oportunidades de negócios;

Acompanhar tendências e movimentos do mercado, identificando novas oportunidades comerciais para o Clube de Turismo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior incompleto em Turismo,

Gestão Comercial, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento ou experiência com prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;

Experiência com gestão de contas, parceiros e negociações comerciais B2B;

Conhecimento em vendas consultivas, gestão de pipeline e oportunidades comerciais;

Conhecimento de indicadores e análise de performance comercial;

Habilidade em prospecção, negociação e gestão de contas;

Boa comunicação, oratória, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de influência;

Perfil estratégico, analítico, proativo, organizado e orientado para resultados;

Domínio de Excel e familiaridade com sistemas de CRM, como Salesforce, RD Station e OMNI;
