Fiscalizar e realizar o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais e de segurança que possuam o objetivo de inibição e redução das perdas da loja. Prevenir a ocorrência de pequenos furtos e desvios de mercadoria, zelar pela segurança física e patrimonial de colaboradores e clientes dentro da loja.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Receber mercadoria, atuar no setor de recebimento de mercadorias, organizar o fluxo de entrada dos veículos de carga na loja, autorizar a entrada, acompanhar o descarregamento e a movimentação do motorista no interior do setor, autorizar a saída, fechar e abrir portões da loja;• Estocar produtos, acompanhar os serviços de estocagem dos produtos recebidos, verificar se não há desvios de mercadorias, checar se não há movimentações estranhas no estoque;• Repor, acompanhar a reposição de produtos na loja, com o intuito de evitar desvios e avarias nos produtos;• Acompanhar a comercialização de produtos confinados, contar cigarros e bebidas (de alto valor), anotar as quantidades e solicitar sua reposição;• Fazer a retirada e entrega do produto para o cliente, conforme a solicitação;• Efetuar contagem e monitoramento de carrinhos com o intuito de evitar seus roubos;• Monitorar as operações de modo a evitar furtos e desvios dentro da loja;• Verificar autorizações, identificar e encaminhar visitantes ao departamento ou local desejado, registrando entrada e dados do visitante na falta de memorandos;• Armazenar e organizar os pertences pessoais dos funcionários, tais como bolsas, roupas etc;• Etiquetar todos os produtos comprados na loja pelos funcionários para consumo interno;• Acompanhar movimentações na área de trabalho, observando acessos de pessoas em áreas restritas, restringindo o consumo de cigarros em áreas determinadas e observando possíveis furtos;• Observar o estacionamento verificando os carros estacionados fora da área demarcada e comunicando ao departamento responsável para que o motorista seja chamado no alto-falante;• Prevenir e evitar furtos, desentendimento entre clientes, algazarra e demais comportamentos inadequados;• Monitorar os movimentos dos caixas, evitando e prevenindo possíveis crimes, atentando-se a clientes suspeitos e atitudes suspeitas das pessoas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário Ensino Médio Completo;Será considerado um diferencial ter atuado na área de prevenção de Perdas e Fiscalização;Será considerado um diferencial ter atuado no ramo alimentício - Atacadista, Hipermercados, Supermercados, Açougue etc.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: 100% presencialBenefícios:Refeitório no localCartão MultibeneficiosVale-TransporteAssistência médica - opcional por adesão após 90 dias de empresa.Assistência odontológicaSeguro de vidaDescontos em Instituições de Ensino para graduação, pós e cursos de extensãoRoldão Mais: Aqui o colaborador tem desconto nas lojas Roldão Atacadista, pagando preço de atacadoKit maternidadeUniversidade Corporativa - Academia Roldão: Participação em treinamentos, com trilha de aprendizagem especifica para cada colaborador.
