Estamos em busca de um Gerente de FP&A, cuja missão será liderar e desenvolver a equipe, garantir excelência técnica e transformar dados complexos em recomendações estratégicas. Essa posição exige visão de negócios, capacidade de negociação e domínio de ferramentas avançadas de análise e automação, em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado para resultados.Se você tem experiência sólida em FP&A, domina modelagem financeira, conhece profundamente conceitos de xP&A e ferramentas como Power BI, Python, SQL e LLMs, além de possuir perfil analítico, estratégico e capacidade de liderança, essa oportunidade foi feita para você.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver a equipe de FP&A, definindo prioridades e garantindo entregas de alta qualidade.Conduzir o planejamento financeiro das frentes de negócio do grupo (geração distribuída, biocombustíveis, distribuição de combustíveis e a startup de Tech Energy), com foco em expansão e alocação de capital.Estruturar modelagem financeira e análises de viabilidade para M&A e crescimento inorgânico, avaliando cenários econômicos de projetos e ativos.Liderar a implantação de BI e automação (Power BI, Python, SQL, LLMs), elevando a eficiência e a qualidade do reporting financeiro.Preparar análises e recomendações financeiras à diretoria, traduzindo dados complexos em direcionamentos estratégicos de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em FP&A tradicional e conhecimento aprofundado dos conceitos de xP&A.Habilidades avançadas em análise de dados, modelagem financeira e uso de ferramentas de planejamento integradas.Forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e visão estratégica.Conhecimento em automação de processos e planejamento ágil.Experiência em modelagem financeira e análise de viabilidade de negócios.Domínio de ferramentas de BI e automação de dados (Power BI, Python, SQL, LLMs).Informações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação) Seguro de Vida Vale refeição (sem coparticipação) Vale alimentação (sem coparticipação) Vale transporte Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance)WellHub
