Será essencial atuar de forma próxima à liderança nacional, conectando as necessidades regionais às diretrizes estratégicas da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAvaliar as necessidades de curto e longo prazo e, junto ao gerente nacional, construir uma estratégia em torno dessas necessidades para assegurar um crescimento bem-sucedido e rentável das vendas da divisão na região/filial de atuação.Manter relacionamento direto com as equipes internas e servir de intermédio entre os processos regionais e a gerência nacional.Garantir a gestão e otimização dos recursos financeiros, materiais e humanos envolvidos nas operações comerciais da região.Aplicar as estratégias de vendas determinadas de forma clara, afim de garantir oatingimento dos objetivos de desempenho e o aumento da receita e da rentabilidadena região de atuação.Prospectar novos clientes, garantir o bom atendimento, cumprimento de prazos, normas e demais funções relacionadas aos seus subordinados.Dirigir o crescimento e a rentabilidade dos produtos da divisão na região em que atua.Cumprir todas as normas, procedimentos, regulamentos e políticas locais e globais da empresa.Requisitos e qualificações Superior em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou compatível.Pós-graduação na área comercial ou relacionada.Conhecimento pleno em Técnicas de Relacionamento com Clientes e Informações Segmentadas de Concorrentes. Sistema SAP - Desejável.Informações adicionaisLocal: 100% Presencial no bairro Ipiranga/SP.Bonificação por metas.Alimentação no local.Totalpass.
