The posting

·      Plan and lead the deployment of key global innovations across the different markets and ensure the developed solutions correctly address the business needs of the company ·      Translate Inno Pipeline Concepts into Commercial strategy (Fit to Consumer Problem) & Metrics (business cases, scenario planning, Capex and Opex estimations, P&Ls)·      Work in strong collaboration with the Global & Zone key partners and COEs to ensure the projects get delivered successfully (Global Rev Management, Zone Innovation, Global Technical Center & Zone Technical Center) ·      Identify and manage strategic & tactical risks through the involvement of the right functional area & level of the organization. Responsabilidades e atribuições·      Define the framework and support on the execution of strategic long-term plans, 1Y, 3Y plans in collaboration with the Global and Zones’ Teams. ·      Create Buiness Plan for Long Term Innovation including Price Strategy, P&Ls, Volume Forecast & Business Case Considering CAPEX/OPEX Investment.·      Identify best practices (internal and external), share and propose ideas, test, implement and standardize them in order to maximize company benefit ·      Leverage an established network within the Global & Zone organizations to deliver the objectives.Requisitos e qualificações·      University technical degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Food & Beverage Science & Technology or equivalent). Advanced University degrees and / or MBA are assets ·      Min 3 years industry experience within CPGs. Experience in Production Planning/Forecasting desired. ·      Min 3 years industry experience with Project Management. Financial Performance Management (PPM) or equivalent desired ·      Very strong project management expertise. Strong communication, presentation skills, negotiation skills, high impact and influence ·      Critical thinking, ability to challenge and give feedback ·      Able to work in various markets, product categories, and across multiple functions at senior levels to manage complexity, synthesize consumer insights and validate business opportunities ·      Results oriented with respect to quality, costs, time ·      Strong team player, able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and according to ABI way of working ·      Speed, flexibility, able to react quickly to scope changes and strong commitment to deadlines, demonstrating a fact-based structured approach with high sense of urgency ·      Strong fluency in English.
