Jornada: 220h (seg-a-sexta)Modalidade: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades laboratoriais por meio da implementação de protocolos e monitoramento contínuo dos processos, garantindo a precisão dos exames e a eficiência no fluxo de trabalho;            Coordenar, treinar e orientar a equipe de técnicos e biomédicos por meio de programas de capacitação contínua e acompanhamento de desempenho, assegurando o cumprimento das normas e a excelência nos serviços laboratoriais;              Implementar e monitorar processos de controle de qualidade utilizando protocolos e auditorias regulares, assegurando a precisão dos exames e a conformidade com as normas e acreditações vigentes;                        Controlar o abastecimento e armazenamento de materiais e reagentes por meio de sistemas de gestão e inventários periódicos, garantindo que o laboratório esteja sempre abastecido para a realização dos exames sem interrupções;Acompanhar indicadores como tempo de resposta, volume de amostras e taxas de erro por meio de ferramentas de análise de dados, utilizando essas informações para otimizar processos e melhorar a eficiência do laboratório;    Assegurar a conformidade do laboratório com as normas sanitárias, regulatórias e de biossegurança por meio de auditorias internas e treinamentos contínuos, atendendo às exigências da ANVISA e outros órgãos de saúde;                       Elaborar relatórios gerenciais utilizando dados de desempenho, produtividade, qualidade e custos, oferecendo à administração do hospital insights estratégicos para a tomada de decisões e melhorias contínuas no laboratório; Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo.      Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Biomedicina;Pós Graduação em Análises Clínicas;Registro regular junto ao Conselho;Pacote Office Intermediário;Experiência na função.Informações adicionaisRefeitório;DayOff;SESC.
