Se você é daqueles que não deixa uma oportunidade de venda passar e gosta de fazer a diferença por meio das pessoas e dos resultados, essa oportunidade é para você!Venha fazer parte do nosso time e ser protagonista dessa transformação!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na linha de frente comercial, realizando vendas e atendimentos sempre que necessário e direcionando o time para o alcance e superação das metas;Serlíder pelo exemplo, demonstrando na prática técnicas de vendas, negociação, contorno de objeções e encantamento do cliente;Acompanhar os indicadores de vendas, identificando oportunidades e atuando rapidamente para potencializar conversão, produtividade e resultados;Exercer uma liderança próxima e presente, observando, orientando e desenvolvendo os Vendedores em tempo real, com feedbacks e direcionamentos;Desenvolver o time em vendas, cross-selling e contorno de objeções, compartilhando conhecimento e boas práticas no dia a dia;Garantir a aplicação do modelo de atendimento Somos Icônicos, sendo referência e assegurando uma experiência autêntica e alinhada à marca;Gerenciar o posicionamento dos Vendedores no salão, potencializando o fluxo, as oportunidades de venda e a experiência do cliente;Atuar na resolução de situações especiais e objeções de clientes, garantindo agilidade e excelência no atendimento;Garantir os padrões de VM, exposição e precificação, além de impulsionar programas de fidelidade, pós-venda e indicadores de experiência, como NPS.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável graduação em curso;Experiência com liderança de equipes de vendas, preferencialmente no varejo;Perfil fortemente comercial, com histórico de resultados e paixão por vendas;Ser um vendedor de alta performance, que identifica oportunidades, contorna objeções e não deixa uma venda escapar;Facilidade para influenciar, engajar e desenvolver pessoas, sendo referência e exemplo no salão de vendas;Forte orientação para resultados e domínio de indicadores comerciais;Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas, negociação, cross-selling e atendimento ao cliente;Perfil consultivo, persuasivo, proativo, dinâmico e com energia comercial;Boa comunicação, agilidade e capacidade de tomar decisões rápidas no dia a dia da operação.Informações adicionais#LI-MG1 #LI-ONSITE
