Responsável pela Inspeção de Controle de Qualidade de todo o processo de fabricação e reparos sendo realizados pelo fabricante designado e também responsável pela condução de inspeção de qualidade durante a fase de instalação das estruturas e equipamentos fabricados a bordo da embarcação. Tais obras e reparos são os seguintes, mas não se limitam a tubulações, estruturais, equipamentos e outros tipos de obras/reparos de fabricação. Buscamos profissional para posição de Inspetor de Fabricação PL, para atuar na nossa base em Macaé/RJ:Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPara desempenhar funções como:Ser responsável pela Inspeção de Controle de Qualidade de todo o processo de fabricação e reparos sendo realizados pelo fabricante designado e também responsável pela condução de inspeção de qualidade durante a fase de instalação das estruturas e equipamentos fabricados a bordo da embarcação.Suportar o planejamento orçamentário anual corporativo da MdB (despesas e investimentos) para a coordenação de QAQC, fornecendo informações baseadas em experiências anteriores.  Contribuir com a melhoria contínua do IMS, preenchendo o status dos projetos, e auxiliando a atualização de Documentos do IMS sob a coordenação de QAQC. Contribuir para a confiabilidade e segurança da frota, conduzindo a Inspeção de Controle de Qualidade das tarefas atribuídas nas instalações do fabricante e/ou durante os trabalhos de instalação offshore a bordo da embarcação.Monitorar e analisar os KPIs, realizando avaliações adequadas de causa raiz e fornecendo avaliação técnica com base em procedimentos e normas. Contribuir para a Confiabilidade da Operação e sua performance identificando quaisquer desvios da RFQ, desenhos aprovados ou especificações de projeto ou requisitos específicos e relatando tais desvios através do procedimento de não conformidade ou Procedimento de Observação no Local. Contribuir com a conformidade com a regulamentação setorial e diretrizes da MODEC, revisando/aprovando Certificados de Fábrica de Materiais e emitindo relatórios para inspeções ou atividades.Contribuir para a gestão do contrato do fornecedor.Realizar uma avaliação do fornecedor, quando solicitado, para garantir que os procedimentos dos fornecedores estejam sendo executados de acordo com as especificações.Garantir a conformidade com os procedimentos aprovados, quanto ao tipo específico a ser fabricado, realizando inspeção visual de obras de soldagem e obras de revestimento, e monitorando a realização de testes de pressão em carretéis ou vasos de pressão e levantamento dimensional nas oficinas de fabricação e aprovando seus relatórios.Garantir que o Teste Não Destrutivo (NDT) adequado foi realizado a fim de cumprir os requisitos com conformidade.Garantir que apenas Procedimentos de Soldagem e Certificados de Soldador apropriados e aprovados e desenhos de fabricação sejam usados no processo de fabricação.______________________________________________________We are seeking a professional for the position of PL Manufacturing Inspector to work at our facility in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro:Responsibilities include:Be responsible for quality control inspections of the entire manufacturing and repair process carried out by the designated manufacturer, as well as for conducting quality inspections during the installation phase of structures and equipment manufactured on board the vessel.Support MdB’s annual corporate budget planning (expenses and investments) for QAQC coordination by providing information based on past experience.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IMS by updating project statuses and assisting with the updating of IMS documents under the coordination of QAQC.Contribute to the reliability and safety of the fleet by conducting quality control inspections of assigned tasks at the manufacturer’s facilities and/or during offshore installation work aboard the vessel.Monitor and analyze KPIs, performing appropriate root cause analyses and providing technical assessments based on procedures and standards.Contribute to operational reliability and performance by identifying any deviations from the RFQ, approved drawings, design specifications, or specific requirements, and reporting such deviations through the nonconformity requested, to ensure that the supplier’s procedures are being carried out in accordance with specifications.Ensure compliance with approved procedures for the specific type of product being manufactured by performing visual inspections of welding and coating work, monitoring the performance of pressure tests on reels or pressure vessels and dimensional surveys in manufacturing workshops, and approving the corresponding reports.Ensure that the appropriate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) has been performed to meet compliance requirements.Ensure that only appropriate and approved Welding Procedures, Welder Certificates, and manufacturing drawings are used in the manufacturing process.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:Ensino Técnico em áreas relacionadas à disciplina de expertise é obrigatório. Bacharelado em Engenharia é esperado.Certificação de Inspetor de Solda é obrigatória.Certificação Dimensional PM, LP, ME é esperada (SNQC).Curso de inspetor de equipamentos é esperado.Inglês intermediário (nível técnico).Pacote Office intermediário.Disponibilidade para embarques esporádicos nas unidades da MDB conforme necessidade;Conhecimento básico de CMMS (preferencialmente SAP) é esperado.Experiência com inspeção da Qualidade em processo de fabricação, como fabricação de tubulação, vasos de pressão e obras estruturais; Experiência prévia em Inspeção de qualidade de obras de instalação offshore a bordo de embarcações; Experiência prévia em réplica metalográfica, PMI.___________________________________________________Requirements and Qualifications:A technical degree in fields related to the area of expertise is required. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.Welding Inspector certification is required.PM, LP, and ME Dimensional Certification is preferred (SNQC).Equipment inspector training is preferred.Intermediate English (technical level).Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.Availability for occasional travel to MDB facilities as needed;Basic knowledge of CMMS (preferably SAP) is preferred.Experience with quality inspection in manufacturing processes, such as pipe fabrication, pressure vessels, and structural works; Previous experience in quality inspection of offshore installation projects aboard vessels; Previous experience in metallographic replication (PMI).
