Somos presentes, transparentes e diferentes, e é exatamente isso que buscamos em quem chega aqui.Estamos em busca de um(a) jovem curioso(a), organizado(a) e com vontade de aprender sobre o mundo financeiro para integrar nossa equipe na área de Financeiro, por meio do nosso Programa Jovem Aprendiz.Nosso time financeiro atua no modelo BPO, ou seja, cuidamos da gestão financeira de diversos condomínios e clientes que confiam na Bap para manter suas contas em dia. No dia a dia, você vai apoiar o time no lançamento e conferência de boletos e notas fiscais, no agendamento de pagamentos, na organização de documentos e no controle de vencimentos. É uma posição importante porque cada pagamento feito corretamente e no prazo garante a tranquilidade de quem mora e trabalha nos condomínios que administramos, e é uma ótima porta de entrada para quem quer construir carreira em finanças.Se você é atento(a) aos detalhes, comprometido(a) com prazos e possui disposição para aprender e fazer perguntas, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o lançamento de boletos, notas fiscais e demais documentos de cobrança no sistema;Conferir dados de pagamentos (valores, vencimentos, favorecidos) antes do agendamento;Auxiliar no controle de vencimentos das contas dos condomínios e clientes atendidos;Organizar e arquivar comprovantes e documentos financeiros, físicos e digitais;Apoiar o time no atendimento a dúvidas de síndicos, fornecedores e áreas internas sobre pagamentos;Atualizar planilhas e relatórios de acompanhamento da área;Participar das atividades teóricas do programa de aprendizagem e aplicar o conteúdo na rotina.Requisitos e qualificações Ter entre 16 e 24 anos, sem limite de idade para pessoas com deficiência, conforme a Lei da Aprendizagem (nº 10.097/2000);

Ter Ensino Médio completo ou estar cursando o Ensino Superior (preferencialmente em Administração, Gestão Financeira, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins); Disponibilidade de horário compatível com o programa de aprendizagem.
