Por isso, buscamos profissionais iguais a nós, que tenham muita vontade de se desenvolver em um ambiente dinâmico e que oferece muitas oportunidades.  Valorizamos e destacamos profissionais que tenham:• Empatia• Relacionamento Interpessoal• Foco no cliente• Comprometimento• Organização• Excelência no Atendimento Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:• Auxiliar o Chefe de Seção no recebimento de mercadorias, conferindo os volumes que chegam no setor de RM e certificando da qualidade dos produtos;• Ajuda a transportar os produtos do depósito e câmaras frigoríficas para área de venda e faz a seleção dos produtos e também auxilia no desenvolvimento e crescimento das vendas do setor de Cafeteria e Padaria, quanto as estratégias para o alcance das metas estabelecidas da loja/setor, propondo ações de melhorias;• Responsável na ausência do Chefe de Seção, pelo acompanhamento de todos processos da produção, exposição, controle e indicadores da Cafeteria e Padaria em geral, e pela gestão de equipe capacitando-os para exercer com qualidade suas atividades;• Dar apoio ao chefe de seção no escalonamento dos demais operadores e também na verificação do trabalho diário além de multiplicar as orientações para o time do café com pão;• Atendimento ao pedido dos clientes personalizado, manuseio de equipamentos e utensílios apropriados para realizar a manipulação, preparo e finalização dos produtos na área de venda, realizar a exposição e sortimento dos balcões expositores e prateleiras, repondo os produtos embalados e observando o correto acondicionamento, executar os procedimentos de sanitização, higienização e limpeza do setor;• Contribuir para o processo de reposição ou compra dos itens do setor.Experiência atuando com controle de compras, indicadores.
