Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar as atividades dos novos colaboradores, por meio de treinamento, questionamentos e avaliações frequentes;Garantir o 5S e índice de segurança da célula, através de auditorias e solicitação de correções necessárias;Ser percebido como o Agente Lean do seu grupo de células, sugerindo melhorias para aumento de produtividade, segurança, ergonomia, e utilização de ferramentas Lean;Garantir o atendimento da matriz de treinamento, identificando necessidades de alteração da matriz e treinamentos necessários aos colaboradores;Responder pelos indicadores do quadro hora-a-hora, volume de produção, CNQ, OEE e GGF, avaliando e levando informações precisas, acuradas e sugestões para melhorias dos indicadores ao superior imediato e equipe;Garantir o atingimento dos objetivos da célula, acionando as áreas de apoio (Lean, Eng. Manufatura, Qualidade, PCP) sempre que necessário;Monitorar a execução do plano de controle, através da auditoria periódica das frequências de medição, registros do posto de trabalho, CEP;Avaliar causa-raiz dos problemas encontrados, através da participação ativa nos problemas levantados no QSB, Auditorias e reclamações de cliente;Promover ambiente seguro, identificando e minimizando riscos, cobrando o uso de EPIs e orientando quanto à comportamentos inseguros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosFormação Técnica em Mecânico, Eletromecânico, Mecatrônico ou áreas afins ou Formação em nível superior;Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais ou de produção;Conhecimento em metodologias Lean e ferramentas de melhoria contínua;Capacidade de análise de dados e foco em resultados;Será um diferencialConhecimento em processos de Conformação;
