Executar a transferência dos pacientes de forma segura entre as unidades intra-hospitalar seja por maca ou cadeira de rodas;2. Executar as transferências, altas, óbitos dos pacientes. E, caso seja solicitado pelo mensageiro, realizar a locomoção do cliente no momento da internação;3.Conhecer e nortear suas ações fundamentadas no Manual de Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POP) em sua prática diária;4. Transportar as próteses e acessórios dos pacientes em situações em que é necessário, bem como a entrega dos mesmos ao responsável pelo paciente e posterior registro do procedimento realizado;5. Participar da classificação de risco quando solicitado, transferindo os pacientes para as unidades solicitadas;6. Comunicar a equipe de enfermagem toda e qualquer ocorrência administrativa e/ou eventos adversos durante o transporte do paciente;7. Conhecer e manusear o material imprescindível ao transporte de pacientes;8. Zelar pela organização do prontuário do paciente durante o transporte, bem como todos os registros internos da sua Unidade;9. Notificar a equipe de enfermagem toda e qualquer ocorrência administrativa e/ou eventos adversos durante o transporte do paciente;10. Realizar a desinfecção da maca a cada transporte de acordo com as recomendações da S.C.I.H.11.
