Queremos criar o sentimento de lealdade familiar típico da ALPLA em todo o mundo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar manutenção mecânica preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações da planta;

Executar o plano anual de manutenção preventiva e atuar nas manutenções corretivas conforme necessidade;

Realizar manutenção e diagnóstico de falhas em máquinas de sopro PET e demais equipamentos do processo produtivo;

Realizar inspeções e checklists de acompanhamento das condições dos maquinários da planta;

Identificar, analisar e acompanhar anomalias em máquinas de sopro PET, buscando a causa raiz e a solução definitiva dos problemas;

Realizar análise de quebras e atuar na eliminação de falhas crônicas dos equipamentos;

Executar reparos e ajustes em componentes mecânicos, conjuntos, máquinas e equipamentos em geral;

Confeccionar e/ou adaptar peças para substituição de componentes danificados, quando necessário;

Realizar manutenção em compressores, geladeiras industriais e demais equipamentos de utilidades;

Realizar manutenção e reparo de ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados pela área de manutenção;

Executar serviços de desmontagem, montagem, ajustes, alinhamentos, lubrificação e substituição de componentes mecânicos;

Identificar e comunicar à liderança quaisquer anomalias ou irregularidades encontradas nos equipamentos;

Manter atualizados os registros e a documentação das atividades de manutenção realizadas;

Propor e executar melhorias mecânicas nos equipamentos, visando aumentar a confiabilidade, segurança e disponibilidade dos ativos;

Trabalhar em conjunto com as demais áreas da manutenção e produção na identificação e solução de problemas dos equipamentos;
