Atuará em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional, apoiando a construção de condutas terapêuticas eficazes e centradas no paciente.Buscamos um perfil clínico, dedicado e empático, que saiba trabalhar em equipe, com foco no bem-estar e na experiência do beneficiário. É essencial ter capacidade para atuar em diferentes patologias, comunicar-se com clareza e sensibilidade, manter postura ética e profissional, e atuar de forma alinhada aos valores, à cultura assistencial e ao modelo de cuidado da Unimed.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimentos nutricionais ambulatoriais individuais, considerando diferentes condições clínicas, diagnósticos e necessidades dos beneficiários;Avaliar o estado nutricional, prescrever e acompanhar planos alimentares personalizados, garantindo abordagem clínica e humanizada;Registrar atendimentos e evoluções em prontuário de forma clara, objetiva e conforme padrões institucionais;Atuar de forma integrada à equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para o plano de cuidado compartilhado e para decisões clínicas;Orientar os beneficiários e familiares com empatia, linguagem acessível e foco na adesão ao tratamento e promoção da saúde;Atender diferentes patologias com segurança técnica, mantendo a qualidade do cuidado mesmo diante da diversidade de diagnósticos;Participar de reuniões clínicas, discussões de casos e ações alinhadas ao modelo assistencial do ambulatório;Seguir protocolos, fluxos assistenciais e princípios éticos, atuando de forma coerente com os valores, a cultura e as diretrizes da Unimed.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação para esta posição: Ensino Superior Completo em NutriçãoQualificações: Experiência em atendimentos clínicos.Informações adicionaisSomos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
