Acreditamos na diversidade, equidade e inclusão de profissionais independente da sua deficiência, raça/ etnia, religião, gênero, orientação sexual, origem e constituição de família.A FCamara está em busca de um(a) Pessoa Desenvolvedor (a) IBM BPM SeniorResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:• Desenvolver, testar e implementar fluxos de trabalho automatizados utilizando IBM BPM (IBM BAW)• Desenvolver utilizando as melhores praticas de desenvolvimento (ReFramework)• Analisar processos de negócios e identificar oportunidades de automação.• Criar e manter documentação técnica detalhada para as soluções desenvolvidas.• Colaborar com equipes de TI e de negócios para garantir que as soluções atendam às necessidades dos usuários.• Oferecer suporte técnico e treinamento para usuários finais e outras partes interessadas.• Realizar manutenção e otimização contínua das soluções implementadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstamos em busca de uma Pessoa Desenvolvedora (IBM BPM) para integrar nossa equipe.Requisitos:• Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de soluções IBM BPM/IBM BAW• Habilidade para compreender processos de negócios complexos e traduzi-los em soluções automatizadas.• Capacidade de criar e manter documentação técnica de alta qualidade.• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.• Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.• Experiência com integrações de API e manipulação de dados.Diferenciais:• Certificações IBM BPM• Experiência com outras ferramentas de automação, workflow• Conhecimento em arquitetura de soluções IBM• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).• Conhecimento em segurança de aplicações e práticas de proteção de dados.
