Realizar procedimentos de enfermagem, tais como: verificação de sinais vitais, punções venosas, realização de curativos, transporte de pacientes, passagem de sonda gástrica, aspiração de vias aéreas, auxílio à alimentação quando necessário, coleta de exames laboratoriais solicitados, encaminhando para exames, realização de eletrocardiograma, higiene corporal quando necessário, entre outros procedimentos estabelecidos pela prática profissional (COREN-SP/COFEN) e rotinas institucionais. Auxiliar a equipe médica e enfermeiros na realização de procedimentos específicos de tais funções, por exemplo, procedimentos endoscópios e terapêuticos como: endoscopia, colonoscopia, broncoscopias, eco endoscopia, enteroscopia, mucosectomia, dilatação endoscópica, ligaduraelástica, gastrostomias, entre outros, bem como prestar auxílio no atendimento de urgência e emergência, quando necessário, atuando com a equipe médica e enfermeiros, realizando procedimentos de sua competência. Realizar anotação de enfermagem no prontuário do paciente, referente à assistência prestada durante o plantão. Receber e passar plantão junto à equipe assistencial, tomando ciência dos procedimentos realizados e intercorrências durante o plantão.Preparar sala de procedimento e leito de RPA para recepção de pacientes para realização de procedimentos. Transportar e receber pacientes para realização de procedimentos. Preparar os pacientes a serem submetidos aos procedimentos, fornecendo-lhes roupas hospitalares, deslocando-os às salas de execução dos procedimentos. Preparar a sala para procedimentos e todos os instrumentais a serem utilizados no procedimento, manuseando-os e montando-os. Realizar em sistema o lançamento de materiais e medicamentos utilizados durante o atendimento ao paciente. Realizar conferência e reposição de materiais e medicamentos, conforme procedimentos planejados. Cumprir e fazer cumprir os preceitos da lei do Exercício Profissional, do Código de Ética de Enfermagem, normas e regulamentos da Instituição.Conferir diariamente materiais de consumo, medicações e impressos utilizados pela equipe multiprofissional.
