Responsabilidades e atribuições As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão: Liderar projetos estratégicos envolvendo áreas de negócios, dados e tecnologia.Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos e planos de ação estruturados.Atuar como ponto de conexão entre stakeholders e equipes técnicas.Gerenciar cronogramas, prioridades, riscos, escopo e entregas.Conduzir reuniões estratégicas e garantir alinhamento entre diferentes áreas.Apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio de análises e indicadores de negócio.Desenvolver apresentações executivas, relatórios e documentações de projetos.Acompanhar iniciativas de automação, melhoria contínua e transformação digital.Atuar em parceria com equipes locais, regionais e globais para execução dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificações Para essa posição, o profissional deve ter:

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão de projetos e coordenação de múltiplos stakeholders.Vivência atuando na interface entre negócio, dados e tecnologia.Forte capacidade analítica e organização para condução simultânea de iniciativas.Inglês avançado para interação com times internacionais.Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.Será considerado um diferencial Experiência como Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Analyst ou funções similares.Conhecimento em SAP, Salesforce ou Snowflake.Excel avançado e automações utilizando VBA.Conhecimento em SQL e linguagens de programação ou scripting.
