Estamos em busca de Professor(a) de Matemática para integrar nossa equipe pedagógica, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento acadêmico e pessoal dos estudantes. O profissional será responsável pelo planejamento e desenvolvimento das aulas de Matemática, utilizando metodologias de ensino diversificadas e estratégias que favoreçam a aprendizagem, o raciocínio lógico e a autonomia dos alunos. Também fará parte de suas atribuições acompanhar o desempenho e a evolução dos estudantes, realizar avaliações, elaborar atividades e participar das reuniões pedagógicas e demais ações institucionais. Buscamos um profissional comprometido com a educação, que tenha boa comunicação, domínio do conteúdo, organização e capacidade de estabelecer relações positivas com os estudantes, famílias e equipe escolar.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e ministrar aulas de Matemática de acordo com o planejamento pedagógico e a proposta educacional da instituição;

Elaborar atividades, exercícios, avaliações e demais instrumentos de aprendizagem;

Desenvolver estratégias e metodologias de ensino que estimulem o raciocínio lógico, a resolução de problemas e o pensamento crítico dos estudantes;

Acompanhar o desempenho acadêmico e o desenvolvimento individual dos alunos, identificando dificuldades e necessidades de aprendizagem;

Realizar intervenções pedagógicas e propor estratégias para recuperação e melhoria do desempenho dos estudantes;

Corrigir atividades e avaliações, fornecendo devolutivas que contribuam para o processo de aprendizagem;

Manter os registros pedagógicos e acadêmicos atualizados;

Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, conselhos de classe, eventos e demais atividades institucionais;

Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe pedagógica e demais professores;

Estabelecer uma relação respeitosa e acolhedora com os estudantes, contribuindo para um ambiente de aprendizagem positivo;

Utilizar recursos tecnológicos e materiais didáticos como ferramentas de apoio ao ensino;

Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e valores da instituição;

Participar de projetos e ações interdisciplinares que contribuam para a formação integral dos estudantes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesLicenciatura completa em Matemática;

Experiência anterior como professor(a) de Matemática, preferencialmente em ambiente escolar;

Domínio dos conteúdos e conceitos matemáticos relacionados ao segmento de atuação;

Conhecimento de metodologias de ensino e estratégias de aprendizagem;

Habilidade para elaborar planos de aula, atividades e avaliações;

Boa comunicação oral e escrita;

Organização, planejamento e gestão de tempo;

Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e em parceria com a coordenação pedagógica;

Facilidade para utilizar recursos tecnológicos e ferramentas educacionais;

Perfil proativo, responsável e comprometido com o processo de ensino e aprendizagem;

Capacidade de estabelecer vínculos positivos com os estudantes e conduzir a sala de aula de forma respeitosa e assertiva.
