SOBRE A POSIÇÃOBuscamos uma pessoa Desenvolvedora de Software para atuar na construção e evolução de uma plataforma digital escalável, robusta, modular e segura. Você será responsável por definir e implementar arquiteturas, orientar boas práticas, apoiar decisões estratégicas de produto e garantir a qualidade técnica de ponta a ponta.Responsabilidades- Projetar e implementar arquiteturas escaláveis (microserviços, modularização, event-driven).- Desenvolver serviços e APIs de alta performance, seguindo boas práticas de engenharia.- Atuar na definição de padrões internos, modelos arquiteturais e governança técnica.- Trabalhar com equipes de Produto para traduzir requisitos em soluções técnicas.- Liderar discussões técnicas, orientar desenvolvedores e revisar código de forma colaborativa.- Garantir qualidade, segurança e observabilidade da plataforma.- Participar da evolução contínua da plataforma, garantindo extensibilidade e manutenção do ecossistema.Hard skills- Profundo conhecimento em Arquitetura de Software (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, DDD).- Experiência com integração de sistemas, filas e mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ).- Domínio de APIs REST/GraphQL, autenticação e autorização.- Experiência sólida com cloud computing.- Conhecimento avançado em containers e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes).- Programação avançada em #c/.Net.- Experiência com bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL.- Domínio de testes automatizados (unitários, integração e E2E).- Familiaridade com práticas de observabilidade (logs estruturados, métricas, tracing).- Experiência sólida com padrões de projetos;- Conhecimentos sólidos na criação de testes de unidade, integração e automatizados.Soft skills- Pensamento sistêmico e capacidade de visualizar a plataforma como ecossistema.- Comunicação clara e habilidade para explicar decisões técnicas.- Perfil colaborativo, com postura de influência técnica e mentoria.- Forte orientação a resultados com visão de longo prazo.- Capacidade de tomar decisões ponderando trade-offs técnicos e de negócio.- Curiosidade e busca constante por evolução técnica.
