Este profissional será responsável por garantir a conformidade dos processos de qualidade, atuando de forma estratégica e operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão as atividades deste cargo? Supervisionar as atividades da área de Qualidade, garantindo conformidade com normas e padrões regulatórios;Assegurar o cumprimento de requisitos técnicos e de compliance;Atuar na melhoria contínua de processos e indicadores de qualidade;Gerenciar documentação técnica e auditorias internas/externas;Interface com áreas produtivas e laboratoriais;Liderar equipe e apoiar no desenvolvimento técnico dos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQuais são os requisitos para poder participar deste Processo Seletivo?Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Química ou Química;Possui CRQ ativo ou apto a ativar;Experiência prévia em indústrias de médio/grande porte no segmento químico, cosmético, farmacêutico e petroquímico;Familiaridade com normas da qualidade, como: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, e 45001, RDC 47 e 48, e boas práticas de fabricação (BPF).Domínio de análises fisíco-químicas com experiência em HPLC, CG, FTIR, e demais analises com títuladores automáticosNo mínimo 05 anos de experiência em controle de qualidade, e garantia da qualidade;Experiência prévia com gestão de equipes e interface com produção e laboratório;Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade;Pacote office intermediário;Conhecimento em Inglês avançado.O que fará seu perfil se destacar dos demais?Desejável pós-graduação em Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade.Informações adicionaisO que te oferecemos nessa jornada?Salário competitivo, Refeitório no Local, Vale Transporte ou Fretado, Convênio Médico e Odontológico, Gympass, Seguro de Vida, Previdência Privada, Programa de Treinamentos Internos, Programa de Desenvolvimento e Trilha de Carreira, entre outros
