Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas: Liderar, acompanhar e motivar a equipe diária de rentabilização/refidelização, realizando monitorias de qualidade e aplicando feedbacks contínuos para desenvolvimento do time;Operação e Sistemas: Acompanhar e otimizar a distribuição e o fluxo de leads e mailings em sistemas operacionais (GTI e Discador), garantindo disciplina e eficiência operacional;Análise de Indicadores: Monitorar periodicamente relatórios de vendas, taxas de conversão por canal/vendedor, ticket médio, receita gerada e impactos de downgrades, identificando motivos de não conversão para tomada de decisão.Ações Comerciais: Implementar, engajar e desdobrar metas para campanhas comerciais (ações de upgrade, combos e produtos adicionais).Alinhamento Estratégico: Participar de reuniões semanais de alinhamento com a coordenação/gerência e interface constante com áreas parceiras (Qualidade, Planejamento e BI).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Experiência prévia com gestão de equipes de vendas (foco em retenção, rentabilização ou upsell/cross-sell);Conhecimento e vivência no uso de discadores operacionais e ferramentas de CRM/GTI;Domínio de indicadores de vendas, conversão e métricas de desempenho.Informações adicionaisQuanto a benefícios trabalhamos com:Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte ou Auxílio mobilidade;Plano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Gympass;Planos de internet cortesia;Parceria Educacional;Day Off;PLR;Seguro de Vida.
