Sobre a oportunidadeEstamos conduzindo uma oportunidade para Supervisor(a) de Faturamento em uma indústria de grande porte, com operação estruturada e atuação relevante no mercado.A posição será responsável pela liderança da equipe de Faturamento, garantindo a eficiência dos processos, cumprimento de prazos, qualidade das informações fiscais e integração com as áreas de Comercial, Fiscal, Financeiro, Logística e PCP.Buscamos um profissional com perfil de liderança, organização, visão analítica ecapacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e de alto volume de operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a equipe e as rotinas de faturamento.Garantir a emissão correta e dentro dos prazos de notas fiscais e documentos relacionados.Acompanhar pedidos, liberações e processos de faturamento.Garantir a conformidade das operações com os procedimentos fiscais e internos.Acompanhar indicadores, volumes, prazos e resultados da área.Atuar na identificação e solução de divergências e inconsistências.Interface com Comercial, Fiscal, Financeiro, Logística e PCP.Apoiar melhorias e automatizações nos processos de faturamento.Desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, garantindo produtividade e qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com faturamento em ambiente industrial.Experiência com gestão de equipes.Conhecimento em emissão de NF-e, DANFE, devoluções, cancelamentos e operações de faturamento.Conhecimento de processos fiscais relacionados ao faturamento.Conhecimento em Excel e sistemas ERP, desejável experiência com TOTVS/Protheus.Desejável conhecimento em SPED, ICMS, IPI e demais tributos relacionados às operações de venda.Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo, com boa comunicação e foco em resultados.
